Payment Refund
As stated below, processing a payment refund will take a certain number of days.

Refunds for all credit card purchases are completed within 30 business days.

We completely understand if our 30-day deadline has passed and you have not received your refund. Please contact us for assistance! To obtain a return permission, nevertheless, you will need to contact our bank. As soon as we have a return authorization, we will be happy to handle your refund right away.

Defected Products: Please use our product exchange form or notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you receive a damaged product, and we will promptly come out and exchange it for you at no additional cost.
We are still pleased to exchange a damaged product if you notify us of it more than 24 hours but no later than 30 days after purchase; however, we will require that you place a new order instead.

Every faulty product needs to be swapped out for one of the same brand or kind. If you would still prefer to return your damaged item after our 30-day window has passed, we completely understand! To obtain return permission, you will need to contact the manufacturer, nevertheless. Once we receive a return authorization, we will gladly exchange your product(s) with your next order. Product Giveaways, Promotions, and Freebies:

Free, promotional, or giveaway items cannot be exchanged or refunded, whether they are faulty or not.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for Get & Give items, even if they are damaged.
